igentic® 621t - Flexible Inline PCB Testing Solution

Sterner Automation extends its offering of automated PCB testers with the igentic® 621t. This flexible inline PCB tester was designed for low volume high mix PCB manufacturing environments. Multiple quick-change testing heads and automated width adjust allow the machine to test a variety of products with little to no changeover downtime. With flexibility designed into the machine, future testing requirements can be met with reduced effort and capital costs.

The quick-change tooling may be designed with a variety of functionality. Examples include in-circuit measurement, LED light characterization, IC programming and functional testing. This allows for a wider range of products to be serviced on a single machine, accelerating return on investment.
